Greenbrook Group is an independent consultancy dedicated to helping hotels take control of their laundry and textile operations. We bring together three specialised divisions under one roof:

What We Do

At the heart of Greenbrook’s offering is our Laundry Management service – we help hotels identify and onboard the most suitable laundry suppliers and then continue to manage the relationship to ensure consistency, quality, and cost control.

To complement this, we provide:

  • RFID Tracking – We help hotels and laundries gain visibility and accountability over their textile stock using advanced tagging and reporting systems.
  • Textile Procurement – Acting as your independent sourcing partner, we match you with pre-qualified suppliers based on your specific needs – whether that’s lead time, budget, branding, or sustainability.

Our approach is hands-on, client-first, and backed by proven results. Whether you’re transitioning laundries, launching a new hotel, or simply want more control over your textiles, Greenbrook offers a tailored experience through personal, one-on-one consultations designed around your needs.

Our History

Founded by Dove Jahit, a veteran of the laundry industry with over 45 years of experience, Greenbrook began as a family-run advisory helping hotels navigate laundry contracts and supplier changeovers.

Over time, we saw how fragmented the textile lifecycle had become – procurement, washing, and tracking were too often disconnected. Greenbrook evolved in response, bringing these services together under one group to create a more efficient, joined-up approach.

With over a century of combined experience across our leadership team, Greenbrook remains grounded in industry knowledge, hands-on support, and strong supplier relationships.

Dove Jahit

Dove Jahit / Dove is the Chairman and Founder of Greenbrook.

Dove Jahit / Dove is the Chairman and Founder of Greenbrook. His extensive experience spans nearly 4 decades and his considerable knowledge and contacts across the entire supply chain is widely acknowledged as being ‘unparalled’. Dove is most happy when he can be Client facing and loves to develop and nurture longstanding relationships based on trust, mutual respect and integrity.

Throughout his career, Dove has played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between laundries and hospitality businesses, ensuring seamless service and high-quality solutions. His deep industry knowledge, combined with his keen ability to identify and implement the right solutions for clients, has positioned Greenbrook as a trusted partner in the sector.

Dove’s expertise in customer management continues to drive Greenbrook’s success, as he remains committed to delivering excellence and innovation in the ever-evolving laundry space. He is fondly referred to as ‘The Laundry Maestro’ and is a keen Arsenal supporter and a dab hand at the barbeque grill.

Non-Executive Director

Ed Murray

Edward joined Greenbrook, as our Non-Executive Director early 2025.

Edward joined Greenbrook, as our Non-Executive Director in March 2025. Having worked across the globe in Hospitality for over 30 years, including most recently as, the non-executive director of a growing FM business in the UK and previously as the CEO of a substantial outsourcing business operating nationwide and in The Netherlands. Ed brings extensive experience in hotel openings, supporting several global asset management companies, growing and developing brands. His 30 plus years’ experience ensures he brings critical advice and support in areas of Compliance, Legal, Growth and expansion and senior Management strategy. Edward has grown and scaled housekeeping businesses footprints, to significant global players and has a wealth of experience working across continents and thrives on building and mentoring dynamic teams.

Leanna is the Greenbrook Groups Sales Manager, bringing several years of experience in the interior hospitality sector.

Specialising in textile procurement, Leanna is passionate about sourcing high-quality, sustainable, and bespoke solutions that enhance guest experiences. Her expertise allows her to collaborate closely with clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life with precision and style. At Greenbrook Group, she is dedicated to elevating hospitality interiors through thoughtful design and exceptional attention to detail.
